Refund Mechanism of Lady Gaga Ticket Concert
“The Born This Way Ball Tour”

Ibu Dibjo Ticket Box, as authorized ticket box agent of Lady Gaga The Born This Way Ball, along with Big Daddy Live Concert would like to apologize due to cancellation of Lady Gaga concert in Stadion Utama Gelora Bung Karno on the 3rd of June 2012. There were circumstances such as local security condition which is beyond our control which has caused Lady Gaga Management to cancel the concert in Jakarta.

For people who have purchased the ticket, there’s no need to worry about refund system. We will refund 100% of nominal price printed on the ticket (exclude mailing charges, bank fees, credit card charges, ticket reprint fee, ticketing fee). For you who have purchased the tickets at Ibu Dibjo Ticket Box only (online or offline system), here is the refund mechanism:

1. Refund process wil be officially started on June 10, 2012. We refund tickets purchased at Ibu Dibjo Ticket Box only (online or offline system).

2. Customer will be obliged to bring the original Lady Gaga tickets.

3. Please bring copy of valid identity card along with the ticket. The identity card is the same as the one that used in transaction for purchasing the tickets.

4. We will refund the tickets in cash or transfer. For transfer refund, we would ask for the account number. The account has to be under the same name as the one used for purchasing the tickets, which is listed in Ibu Dibjo Ticket Box system, unless power of attorney letter must be attached.

5. All the documents (tickets and identity card) will be checked by our staff and will be kept as our private files as proof of tickets refund.

6. Customer will be given an invoice in change of tickets and copy of identity card.

7. There will not be any date restriction, which means any customer is allow to refund the tickets in any convenient time, not based on the categories of ticket. This condition is different with Myticket as ticket management of the concert and valid in Ibu Dibjo Ticket Box only.

8. Refund process is started on June 10, 2012 until undetermined period of time.

Our big hope that the cancellation does not reduce your trust in Big Daddy Live Concert as promoter and Ibu Dibjo Ticket Box as ticketing agent in the later day.
